I am listening! It does not matter what you are going through, you are not alone, I am here with you! I believe that therapists help their clients find solutions. My hope is that we are able to not only solve the problem but get to the core issues that created the problem. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy. I became a therapist because the profession called to me. I often say, “I did not find therapy it found me.” I am fortunate to wake up every day and do what I love, to help others heal. I grew up in the Chicago area and I consider Chicago my home. My favorite activities include walking my dog by the lakefront and tending to my bonsai trees. Most would say I am compassionate, a good listener, easy-going, and with a sense of humor. I like to foster trust with my clients, creating a space where you can feel safe and encouraged.
